The Law Office of Tommy Lee Maddox is a component in a long established family law practice. His office provides legal services in the area of civil litigation with a preference in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation, domestic relations, family law and child custody disputes.

Tommy Lee Maddox began his legal career in 1984 with his father, Lynwood A. Maddox, and his brother, Lynwood A. Maddox Jr., in Atlanta, Georgia. In recent years, his practice was centered in Northwest Georgia and in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. In 2003, Mr. Maddox opened a more convenient office location in the northern Atlanta suburb of Roswell.
Mr. Maddox has extensive experience in civil litigation, domestic relations, juvenile matters, Plaintiff's personal injury matters, and workers compensation claims. He received his mediation training through Abe Ordover at Resolution Resources Corporation in Atlanta and his guardian ad litem training through Cobb County Superior Court and Gordon County Juvenile Court.
Since 1977, Tommy has been involved as a member, instructor, and board member of the Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps. The Corps, now known as "Spirit", is an adjunct musical performance ensemble of Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Tommy was the Chairman of the Board of "Friends of Spirit, Inc.", the non-profit governing body of the Corps. Tommy and his cohorts from the Corps are more than happy to expound for hours about life on the road and the spectacle of competitive drum corps within Drum Corps International.
Tommy resides in Kennesaw, Georgia, with his wife, Dr. Monica Maddox, and their children, Hannah Lee, Mark, Joseph, and Samuel Maddox. Together, they attend the Mount Paran North Church of God in Marietta, Georgia, and the First Baptist Church Woodstock.
